Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and schedules can change. To ensure the smooth operation of our services, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Rescheduling and Appointment Cancellations

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice to allow for proper adjustments to our schedule. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee as per our mental health practice policies.

For no-shows and clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a missed appointment fee may apply if we cannot accommodate you. In case of emergencies, we encourage you to contact our office as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to work with your situation.

Program & Service Cancellations

If you want to cancel an ongoing program or service package, please get in touch as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued based on the terms outlined in your service agreement (if applicable). Certain services may be non-refundable once initiated.
