A referral is not required to schedule an appointment; you can contact us directly at any time. However, please note that some insurance plans may require a referral for coverage. We highly recommend checking with your provider to confirm any specific requirements.
Appointments can be scheduled by calling our office or using the contact form on our website. Once you reach out, our team will guide you through the process of setting up your first visit.
During your initial appointment, you’ll meet with one of our board certified licensed mental health professionals for a thorough evaluation. This session will focus on understanding your mental health concerns, medical history, and goals for treatment. Based on this assessment, we’ll develop a customized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.
Services and Treatment
A psychiatric evaluation is an in-depth assessment conducted by a board certified psychiatric provider, to understand your mental health concerns, symptoms, and overall well-being. This process includes discussing your medical history, current challenges, and goals. It’s the foundation of effective treatment planning and ensures you receive the care you need.
Medication management is the ongoing process of prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting psychiatric medications to ensure they are effective and have minimal side effects. Regular follow-ups allow our providers to evaluate your progress and make any necessary changes to your treatment plan.
We offer a range of therapeutic modalities, including:
- Brief Psychotherapy: Talk therapy to explore and address emotional and psychological challenges.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): A structured approach focusing on identifying and changing negative thought patterns.
- Supportive Therapy: Aims to provide emotional support and coping strategies for life’s challenges.
- Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: Techniques designed to help manage stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being.
Each therapy option is tailored to the individual’s unique needs and goals.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a highly effective therapeutic method that emphasizes recognizing and transforming negative behaviorsand thought patterns. It’s particularly effective for managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and stress. CBT empowers clients to develop healthier coping mechanisms and improve their overall outlook on life.
